Meet the Teachers

Elizabeth Sockolov

Elizabeth Sockolov, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with individuals and couples around California. In addition to offering mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, she completed the mindfulness meditation teacher certification in 2019 with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Her passion lies in incorporating evidence-based therapies and cultivating communication. You can learn more about her and her online therapy practice over at One Mind Therapy.

Matthew Sockolov

Matthew Sockolov is the founding teacher of One Mind Dharma. He completed his training and received empowerment to teach meditation from Spirit Rock Meditation Center in 2018. Matthew leads open online groups, offers private meditation classes to individuals and couples, and offers mindfulness-based seminars to workplaces and organizations around the world. His focus is on taking the teachings of mindfulness and making them applicable and acessible, investigating how we can incorporate them into our modern everyday lives.
