Join us for our weekly online sitting group every Thursday morning from 7:00am to 7:45am Pacific Time. Meetings are held on Zoom, and all are welcome. No meditation experience is necessary. Links to the meeting and topics for the week are sent out via email.

Online Sitting Group

  • Each session will begin with a brief check-in for those who wish to share. We then will meditate for around twenty minutes. There will be a short talk for the week, and time for discussion/questions.

  • We will cover a variety of meditation practices including mindfulness, concentration, compassion, and more. The group is rooted in the Insight Meditation tradition.

  • This is a donation-based group. This means all are welcome regardless of their ability to support the group. Please don’t let finances be the issue that keeps you from practicing with us!

  • Nothing! All are welcome. You need not have any experience with meditation. All you will need is an internet connection and a cushion or chair for your meditation.
