Meditations for Two: Mindfulness and Compassion for Couples
Join us for this six-week exploration of mindfulness, gratitude, compassion, and connection. Originally created in 2015, this course has been updated with practices, techniques, and insights we’ve learned over the last ten years. You’ll find opportunities to connect more deeply, be seen and heard, and learn what it means for you to communicate mindfully.
