Begin Again: A Mindful Start to the New Year
Join us in January 2026 for a four-week mindfulness-based class series. Together we’ll investigate wise intention, wise effort, and balancing our striving with acceptance. Classes include periods of guided meditation, talks, and discussion.

This course is for anybody who wants to start their new year off with mindfulness. No previous meditation experience is necessary!

All you need is the time, an internet connection, and a willingness to investigate the roles of intention and effort on our paths.

The meditations and talks will be recorded and available. Open discussion will not be in order to protect confidentiality of participants.

As with most of my teachings, we’ll mix a bit of both. We will look at Buddhist teachings on Wise Intention and Wise Effort while incorporating a secular and pragmatic viewpoint.
