I have been offering this 30 day meditation challenge since 2015 as a way for individuals to investigate different techniques, build a personal practice, and learn about the basics of mindfulness. The free meditation challenge is ideal for those just learning to meditate, or those who want a structured way to practice for a month.
For thirty days, you will receive a guided meditation direct to your inbox. Meditations range from 10-20 minutes, and cover a variety of topics including:
Mindfulness of the breath and body
Mindfulness of thoughts and emotions
Loving-kindness and compassion
Appreciative joy and equanimity
Concentration

The 30 Day Meditation Challenge was designed with beginners in mind. However, all are welcome and will benefit from this month of meditation.

Just an internet connection! The guided meditations are sent directly to your inbox, or you can follow along on YouTube. I include some links to other free resources along the way in the emails.

Over the course of thirty days, the guided meditations will cover a variety of techniques and practices including: concentration, mindfulness of the body, loving-kindness, compassion, observing thoughts, and more. The idea is to offer a bit of an introduction to the many types of meditation.

The meditation challenge is rooted in Buddhist meditation traditions, specifically the vipassana, or insight tradition.

My goal in creating the 30 day meditation challenge was to give people an opportunity to explore different practices and techniques. By the end of the thirty days, you’ll have an undestanding of mindfulness, compassion, concentration, and more. Furthermore, the structure of the challenge will give you a head start in building a regular daily practice.
